Chris found Chiropractic through his own injuries as a surfer in his teens and has owned & operated CBCM since 1998.
Committed to helping you out of pain and into good movement, Chris specialises in the management of spinal pain, headache & migraine. He also has a particular interest in sporting injuries and treats many professional athletes, especially from the surfing and triathlon domains.
Chris completed a Masters in Chiropractic at Macquarie University in 1998 and has completed hundreds of hours of post graduate studies in sports chiropractic, functional movement assessment, orthopaedic rehabilitation, chronic pain and neurology. He is a certified Foot Levellers orthotic provider and has recently completed his certification in Postural Neurology.
Ryan joined the CBCM team in early 2018 and has already become a very popular massage therapist in the clinic due to his caring and thoughtful nature. Ryan has fantastic knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and a passion for helping people achieve optimal muscular health.
Ryan is actively involved in competitive sports and presently plays Hockey for Sutherland District. He has previously competed in Natural Bodybuilding competitions and has a Certificate IV in Fitness.
Ryan completed his Diploma in Remedial Massage at Loftus Tafe and furthering his interests as a health professional has completed an Advanced Certificate in Myofascial Trigger Point Dry Needling with over 100 hours of post graduate learning.
Monique joined CBCM in early 2019 after completing her Diploma of Remedial Massage at Loftus TAFE. She has a strong interest in holistic treatment approaches to help her clients return to good movement and health.
Monique has a passion for giving back to the community and enjoys volunteering at charity events and has previously worked as a qualified early childhood teacher for over 20 years.
Monique holds certification in CrainoSacral Therapy and has a particular area of interest in myofascial release. She has completed post graduate certification in Myofascial Cupping and Dry Needling.
Joining the CBCM team in late 2021, Nicole’s relaxed and reassuring manner puts her clients at ease.
After focusing on her family, Nicole wanted to reset her working life with a purpose of helping people. After suffering back issues herself she wished to assist people with their own pain management.
With traditional remedial massage being at the core of her techniques, Nicole completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapies at Loftus Tafe in 2019 and has recently completed courses in Seated Massage and Indian Head Massage to add to her qualifications.
